URS Travel Grants

Undergraduate Research Support Travel Grants are available for students who have conducted research at Duke and who have the opportunity to present their research results at a national or regional meeting of a professional organization. Up to $400 may be requested for reasonable registration fees and travel expenses.   Your Duke research advisor should email a short statement of support for your attending this meeting to ursoffice@duke.edu.  Please use the subject line to indicate URS travel grant and your name.

Applications for travel grants may be accepted throughout the year.  (Applications for URS grants and assistantships may be submitted in the fall and spring only.)

How will I receive these travel funds?  See Guidelines.
