Summer School on Innovative Approaches in Science

The Summer School is a week-long educational and training program for students and early-career researchers. The Summer School offers two tracks – toxicology and biomedical science, featuring specific applications of current innovative scientific research methods. The program consists of scientific talks, career development workshops, poster presentations, laboratory tours and demonstrations, networking opportunities, and more.

The Summer School features speakers from Duke University, EPA, NIH, Johns Hopkins University, Unilever, University of Pittsburgh, and many more. The program is free to attend, however, attendees are expected to cover their own travel costs. Several travel scholarships are available and will be shared online soon.

Applications for in person attendance to the 2022 Summer School on Innovative Approaches in Science are now being accepted. The deadline to apply is Friday, February 18, 2022. A portion of the Summer School may be available online for those who are not able to attend in person. If you are interested in only the online portion, add your contact information below. You will be notified when registration for online attendance opens.
