Duke Amgen Scholars receive the following support and benefits:
- Stipend: Competitive stipend
- Housing: Scholars will live in on-campus Duke housing with other Duke Amgen Scholars.
- Meals: Scholars will be provided a stipend for meals
- Travel: A $500 allowance will be provided for students to travel to and from the Amgen Scholars Program at. Travel to the required North American Amgen Scholars Symposium in July will be coordinated and provided to all Amgen scholars by the Amgen Foundation.
