Regular Payroll Direct Deposit and Non-Compensatory Direct Deposit are NOT the same.
  • Completed form with original signature must be mailed to Duke Payroll Services (Duke Payroll Services, Box #90484, Durham, NC 27708-0484). These forms will have personal information on them, and should not be emailed.
  • If direct deposit is not in effect, your DSRF funds will be mailed to the address you have on record. URS will not be responsible for lost checks- this must be handled through Payroll.
  • Direct deposit may take 30-60 days to go into effect.
  • Compensatory Payroll Direct Deposit, that you may have set up from working on campus, is not part of the same Payroll System as Non-Compensatory Payroll. Contact payroll@duke.edu for further instruction if you’d like the funds to go to the same account that you already have set up.
